Delete your SailScan account

You can request permanent deletion of your SailScan account and its associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address associated with your SailScan account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my SailScan account.”
3. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

We will remove your account information, sail photos, scan data, session notes, instrument photos and other personal data from our active systems. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
